Abstract

Background. The research object is medical data on transplantation of hematopoetic stem cells, accumulated while rendering the said type of hi-tech medical aid. The purpose of developing data flow models and implementing mechanisms for integration of a software complex to manage medical data on transplantation of hematopoetic stem cell with medical and laboratory information systems is aggregation of  clinical and laboratory-diagnostical data at the level of healthcare facilities of the Russian Federation.
Materials and methods. The study investigated the processes of formation and accumulation of clinical and laboratory-diagnostical data on transplantation of hematopoetic stem cells.
Results and conclusions. The article introduces a review of the current state and development of the field of medical information systems for various purposes and its sources if informatization and standardization. The authors describe components of the original software complex for management of processes and clinical and laboratory-diagnostical data on transplantation of hematopoetic stem cells. The researchers introduce the developed models of data flows of the integration of the software complex components with the medical and laboratory information systems of the National Research and Practical Center of Children Hematology, Oncology and Immunology namd after Dmitry Rogachev of the Ministry of Healthcare of Russia. The authors comparatively analyzed the implementation results of the software complex components and integration mechanisms, as well as confirmed the completeness and accuracy of data at the level of integration of software complex components and other subsystems of the concrete health care facility of the Russian Federation. The article displays the implementation efficiency of the said software complex and proposed models and mechanisms of integration as support to scientific and clinical activities of departments involved in transplantation of hematopoetic stem cells and related divisions of the National Research and Practical Center of Children Hematology, Oncology and Immunology namd after Dmitry Rogachev of the Ministry of Healthcare of Russia.
